How soon can I book?
Most shoots can be booked within 2 business days and our availability is updated in real time on our online bookings page.
How can I book?
Phone, SMS, E-mail or via our online bookings page. Any way you choose to book you’ll get the same great service from Focus 11.
When will I receive my media?
Photographs and floorplans are delivered next business day after the shoot. Videos are delivered within 2 business days.
Do you charge for travel?
At Focus 11 we don’t place additional charges for travel within our service area. The only exception to this is K’Gari (Fraser Island). We believe in making our service as simple and predictable as possible to our clients.
What if it’s overcast or raining?
Cloudy days are perfect for property photography, these conditions result in evenly lit images with minimal shadows. Sky replacements are included free of charge (if required) with any property shoot. We’ll typically proceed with a shoot unless it’s heavy rain in which case we’ll be in contact to reschedule.
